Is the difference between those just devis / devus?
I strongly think that there should've been a similar discussion about this one in the past. Please let me know if anyone have the address.

Vestitor:I don't mind admitting that this new format for the forum is a bit confusing. I refined the language to English in order to find this, but it seems like a lot of trouble to find threads. The older system was far more straightforward.The new system is confusing if you're used to the old system, but I think that coming to it fresh, it's no worse than the old system and possibly a lot better. We always had a certain number of people in the old forums who came to the "Questions" forum and asked a question in a language other than Esperanto, not understanding that they need to go to the appropriate language forum for that.
