With all the articles Vikipedio boasts of, it is an embarrassing omission that it fails to include such an elephant of a term such as ‘thesaurus’. Here is the link to the English-language article on ‘thesaurus’, where you can see from the language-list in the side-bar that Esperanto is glaringly absent from the dozens of languages that are present.

You know that you can create the article and add the link you long for?

Reporting a problem and fixing a problem are two different functionalities, and are best performed by different entities (much like in a software house, where the testing department does not fix the bugs that they find – the programming department does that). In the works of others, I confine myself to reporting problems I encounter. I reserve my creative efforts for my own website.

So to whom do you emit your complaint? Who is responsible for the embarrassing disgrace?

It’s addressed to the visitors to this site, except for any idiotic trolls.

So now Fenris is also a "troll" for pointing out the obvious. Your reply to him makes no sense anyway since the very point of Wikipedia is that it is both created and edited by everyone. Most articles are the work of multiple authors. Why not contribute?

As Noam Chomsky replied to me when I tried to get him to take an interest in Esperanto: “We all have our priorities, otherwise life would not be possible. I’m sorry I cannot satisfy you on this score.”

I found something: https://eo.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teza%C5%ADro

It's the Esperanto equivalent of this English article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thesaurus_(informati...

Copy/paste the parentheses exactly or click the link at the top in italics.

I wonder if the Esperanto article should be moved and/or edited so it corresponds with the English article about "general/literary applications."

Well in this case it's not about satisfying me. I'm not the one bemoaning the omission of a trifling Wikipedia article. In any case it's hardly comparable with trying to get Chomsky interested in Esperanto; a foolish escapade if ever there was one.

Trying to talk sense to you is a foolish escapade if there ever was one. Estas vi Esperantisto.
