Do they make sense?
Flowers have many colours. = Floroj havas multajn kolorojn.
Roses are red. = Rozoj estas ruĝaj.
Violets are blue. = Violoj estas bluaj.
Grass is green. = Herbo estas verda.
And leaves are too. = Kaj folioj estas tro.
Some apples are red, and some are green. = Iom pomoj estas ruĝaj, kaj iom pomoj estas verdaj.
Bananas are yellow until they go brown = Bananoj estas flavaj, ĝis sin bruniĝas.
Violets are not really blue, they are violet. = Violoj ne estas vere blua, sin estas violaj.
The sky is blue, except when it is grey. = ĉielo estas blua, esceptus tiam estas griza.
The clouds in the sky are white, unless it is about to rain. = La nuboj sur la ĉielo estas blanka, kondiĉe ekpluvas.
Then they are grey or sometimes black. = Tiam ili estas grizaj aŭ iam negraj.
Is there an Esperanto word for indigo? The closest I can get is purpura for purple.

Bananoj estas flavaj ĝis (ili) bruniĝos.
Violoj ne estas vere bluaj, ili estas violaj.
Ĉielo estas blua, krom kiam ĝi estas griza.
La nubo sur la ĉielo estas blankaj, se ne estas pluvonte / se ne baldaŭ ekpluvos.
"Indigo" in Esperanto is "indiga".

Since you made it correct in the other phrases, i assume that the missing "j" at the end of "blanka" is just a typo.
"kondiĉe" doesn't mean "unless", but something like "in case", so the opposite. Maybe you should simply write "se ne" here.

"Too (submodifier)" kaj "too (adverb)" estas du malsamaj vortoj. La unua esperantiĝas kiel "tro" kaj la dua kiel "ankaŭ".

Vi laboras tro multe.
Li estas tro malproksima.
Li estas tro maljuna.
Mia malsano ne estas tro serioza.
But not where in English, we would say "me, too", or "that one is too"? Whenever we could say something like "me, also" or "me, as well" instead.

When "too" means "to a higher degree than is desirable, permissible, or possible; excessively" then the translation is "tro":
My dog has too big a head. = Mia hundo havas tro grandan kapon.
When "too" means "very", then the translation is "tre" or "-eg-":
You are too kind. = Vi estas tre afabla.
When "too" means "in addition; also; moreover", then the translation is "ankaŭ":
Is he coming too? = Ĉu ankaŭ li venos?
Combined:
My dog has too big a head and too long a tail too. = Mia hundo havas tro grandan kapon kaj ankaŭ tro longan voston.

Exactly. However, if "Li estas tro malproksima" refers to a location it should be "malproksime" (adverbial of place).You can blame "Gerda malaperis" for that - I copied the phrases from there.
