I found an English language book, Curable Romantic, that doesn't just mention Esperanto, but actually uses it as a major theme. There are conversations in Esperanto and some aren't even translated into English. Zamenhof himself is a character and the narrator becomes a passionate Esperantist. Here's my review of the book.

I said it doesn't just mention it, it explains it in detail.

I found it when I was reading Wikipedia about the Ido Schism, it was mentioned that the characters were depicted in this novel.
