how to translate "Come on" in esperanto? is it "Ek!"? I'm not sure that this word fits to all situation.

The exclamation 'C'mon!' has more than one possible meaning, depending on the context. If it means 'Let's go!', or 'Get on with it!' that could be 'Ek!' But if it means an emphatic rejection like 'You must be joking!' that could be 'Ho, vi serĉas!' or 'Tute ne!'.
