I am quite beginner in esperanto, well, even if I speak not English, it is more easy to require in english..
I want to know, wich language on the WINDOWS XP:s language-selction I have to select foor writing the Esperantos specialletters (I mean such as english "j" foor exempel in word "Journal") With my mother tongue (wich is finnish) alphabets I have to use "jx" combination.
Very difficult and cause confusion

I no longer use it anymore because the version of Linux that I use allows me to easily switch between the English and eo keymaps, so I can use the supersigned characters in all applications. But prior to doing that, I was able to at least type the eo letters within Firefox.

For those that prefer a proper keyboard layout (for Windows) that doesn't need two keystrokes to make a supersigned letter, you could try this on the Scottish Esperanto site:

I haven't tried it myself. I suppose it works. It looks like it should work with British keyboards OK. American ones aren't 100% the same (no £ symbol if I remember correctly amongst other minor differences), but I don't think that would affect it. (How it would behave with a German keyboard (y and z in reversed positions) I don't know. And what it does with a Finnish keyboard - well - you'd just have to try it!)
There also seems to be some stuff for Linux there too.
