If you agree, you can collaborate and create a website (or to do it on the basis of www.lernu.net) which is similar to http://multitran.ru/c/m.exe?a=1&SHL=1 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multitran). The only major difference is that Multitran uses Russian as the main language of dictionaries, and our website must have Esperanto as the main language of dictionaries. It must have a lot of bilingual translation directions (Rus from/into Epo, Eng from/into Epo ...). Users must be able to register and then to mark (or correct) mistakes and add their own words. They also must be able to send their bilingual dictionary to administrator for adding the words into the database. One more difference from Multitran must be its open format (users can download any dictionaries).

But then help with translations and make money for education while helping translators.

Urban Dictionary is also not good, because it is not translation dictionary but explanatory dictionary.
Our explanatory dictionary is eo.wikipedia.org.

The closest thing I can think of at the moment is Kamus.com but that's only similar in a number aspects - mainly, in that it gives a lot of translation information on a single page.
There's also Eudict.com... But without really looking into how Multitran.ru works, I can't really think of anything more similar...
Sorry if this isn't quite what you are looking for

Personally, I consider it one of the best dictionaries/translators because it provides synonyms and antonyms... but mainly because it allows you to post into a forum words or expressions that you don't find in the dictionary. In this way, anyone can translate those expressions and they are automatically associated to the main concept... for instance, if you wanted to know the translation of "raining cats and dogs" you would simply look for "rain"; if that expression is not there, you would add it by posting a message into the forum; several people would translate it, and that expression would be automatically associated to the term "rain" for others to see. Ain't that cool?
