Did there happen something evil? I think he couldn't himself delete his account and threads.
I'm just curious.

He seemed really motivated. Dunno what happened.

His threads actually still exist, but they don't appear on the forums. If you search on google for "lynchie lernu" you can still access them.

Miland:Very strange, he seems to have just disappeared together with his profile. Perhaps a teamano could enlighten us?Having had a modest degree of exchange with him myself, I wouldn't mind knowing a bit more about what happened to him, too.

There is a small possibility that someone else on the lernu team closed his account, but there hasn't been a single peep about him from anyone on the lernu team, so this possibility is highly unlikely. The only time when an account gets deleted is violation of terms of service (normally a user is warned several times and reminded of hte rules) or spamming lernu users (this merits an automatic account deletion; I deleted two users for spamming just the other day but neither was Lynchie)
FYI on spamming, no, you don't get deleted for sending many people a message asking to correspond with them. You do get deleted if you send a mass message with text like "I'm a pretty girl and I want to marry you baby, e-mail me at prettygirlbabe@yahoo.com". People sending messages, even a lot of messages, for legitimate "Esperanto" purposes do not get deleted.
