Even for quite short threads of less than say 10 posts, the number of views can be suprisingly high - over or close to a 1000, and a number reaching several thousand.
I sometimes wonder what the implication is for the number of people in the UK who have an interest in Esperanto.
To give you some kind of perspective, the attendance at last year's Britsh Esperanto Congress (for Esperantists of all ages) was less than 100 - more like 80, if I remember correctly.

count is high becuase same people keep coming back to check if there was a response.
Another thought, people read them but do not post for what ever reason, in my case I don't want to register just to voice my opinion. Once registered, that barrier comes down (for me)

Maybe the boss of the survey can put in their message "use these statistics only with critical thinking"
I add the EO simply because this got me wondering what the terms should be, after seeing that there is no obvious Vikipedio page for "Critical Thinking" with which to steal a translation, and that there is a conflict between the western "Critical thinking~Pensamiento crítico (et al.)" and the Russian "Креативная педагогика" (Kreativnaya Pedagogika (Creative Pedagogy)".
