It is difficult for me to travel there.
Estas malfacile ke mi vojagxus tien.
I don't know how to translate "given" here:
Given that the price would be higher, we shouldn't continue.

But if you want to convey the nuance that you are just accepting something as fact for the moment, then various verbs in adverbial passive participle perhaps will serve.
For example, supozite ke, akceptite ke, komprenite ke, allasite ke etc - even perhaps donita ke.
For 'It is/would be difficult for me to X', the simplest form would be 'Estas/us malfacile por mi X-i'.

sudanglo:Thanks for the examples.

How about these? (Sorry if my English examples were not right
It's a good thing for me to leave.
It's required for him to be present.

gb2312:How about these? (a) It's a good thing for me to leave. (b)It's required for him to be present.Suggestions:
(a) Indas, ke mi foriru (eksiĝu, if you're talking about resigning office, not simply going away). You could use devus for "should" as in Mi devus foriri.
(b) Endas, ke li ĉe-estu or Li devas ĉe-esti.
