How to say "it is difficult for me to do..." and "Given that ..."

Is the following translation correct?

It is difficult for me to travel there.
Estas malfacile ke mi vojagxus tien.

I don't know how to translate "given" here:

Given that the price would be higher, we shouldn't continue.

You could use 'ĉar' or 'pro tio ke', if you feel the reason is not uncertain or not in dispute.

But if you want to convey the nuance that you are just accepting something as fact for the moment, then various verbs in adverbial passive participle perhaps will serve.

For example, supozite ke, akceptite ke, komprenite ke, allasite ke etc - even perhaps donita ke.

For 'It is/would be difficult for me to X', the simplest form would be 'Estas/us malfacile por mi X-i'.

Suggestions:
(a) Indas, ke mi foriru (eksiĝu, if you're talking about resigning office, not simply going away). You could use devus for "should" as in Mi devus foriri.
(b) Endas, ke li ĉe-estu or Li devas ĉe-esti.
