BBRĈS, or ĤBRHS anyone?
Asocio de rapidkreskaj mondaj ekonomiegoj, might be better, as it makes 'ARME'. (Association of fast-growing gigantic world economies)

(Perhaps BBRĈS would sound sorta cool - "Boboroĉos" )

such vocabulary would quickly develop once esperanto is used in these fields
Modern hebrew shows how it only takes a generation of use for all the visible "inadequacies" of the lexicon of a language to get fixed
How can it be developed in those fields when it is not used? If people started using it, all neccessary words would appear overnightYes agreed in principle. But how could that work in practice?
Unlike modern Herbrew, which is presumably used on a daily basis on television and in the press and by people of all different sorts of occupations, and as a first language, Esperanto is used only occasionally by a restricted community for a limted number of purposes and as a second language.
The only way that Esperanto could currently develop further in fields in which it is under-utilised, is by fiat, or by using the methods employed by Zamenhof and the early pioneers to stabilize the core language - the creation of authoritative word lists and the translation of model texts.
But for this development to happen the Esperantists must recognize that Esperanto is still a work in progress and rid themselves of fanciful notions about the imminent widespread adoption of Esperanto and illusions about the current maturity of the language (fit for all the purposes that language is employed).

If the Indians speak so beautifully why do all Brits mean about the pronunciation of the telephone operators for example?

Can anybody tell me where I would find serious comment on the Net in Esperanto of the issues in these current turbulent times in the world's economies? This is because everybody is engaged to speak about Esperanto, not to speak in it, even its speakers.
