I would like to apologize in advance for my ignorance but I just have a pretty simple question concerning accusative and plural agreement.
What I would like to know is this:
In the follow example, in the phrase "kiel pagadojn estas donitajn" does there need to be agreement between "pagadojn" and "donitajn" or should it read "kiel pagadojn estas donita"?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Here is the original phrase in English:
We will examine in more detail in coming blogs exactly how payments are made to government.

And here is my Esperanto translation of it:
Ni ekzamenos pli detale en venontaj blogoj precize kiel pagadojn estas donitajn al registaro.

I would put it kiel pagoj estas farataj al la registaro. There is agreement between the number (plural) of pago and the participial adjective farata. However pago doesn't take the accusative unless you have a subject, e.g. kiel oni faras pago(j)n al la registaro.

Yes, you can say 'precize kiel pagoj estas farataj', but I think it sounds better to simply use 'oni'.

Neither - nor: kiel pagadoj estas donitaj.
(However, Miland and Chainy have already proposed better solutions.)

Thank you all. I can't believe I thought otherwise, oh well.

You never need to apologize for asking for help here. We were all beginners once, and we are here to help today's beginners. I can assure you that every experienced person here has made their fair share of ridiculous errors in the learning process.
