Name of Organization:  Tianyuan Institute of Language and culture

 

Qualifications: TESOL, TEFL, Montessory or equivalent qualification or two years teaching experience.

 

Salary:

Fully qualified (qualifications and experience as described above, or equivalent):

5,000RMB for the first year, plus 100RMB/hr for each additional hour, with a possibility of up to 6,000RMB for the second year, depending on first-year performance.

 

Partially qualified (qualifications or experience as described above):

3,500RMB/mth for the first three months for training, followed by a possible raise of up to 4,000RMB/mth for the following nine months for teaching.

 

Additional benefits (same for all teachers):

airfare back to country of origin at the end of the first year, and return airfare for additional years; fully furnished shared accommodation (two teachers, including refrigerator, washing machine, and air conditioner), or rental allowance, as per mutual agreement; insurance; and public holidays as per PRC law.

 

Government Co-operation:

 Tianyuan is also currently co-operating with the provincial government of Jilin in an education, science and research project, conducted by the teachers, for three-to-six-year old kindergarten students, and six-to-twelve-year old primary school students.

 

Projects:  Among others, Tianyuan will also provide Esperanto lessons to the Jilin Experimental School starting this September.
