kelka - iom
tamen - kvankam
super - supre
voli - deziri
precipa - ĉefa
gusto - gustumi
resti - daŭri
ŝtupo - stepo - paŝi

ĝusta/justa/prava,
bati/frapi/trafi, and
daŭri/daŭrigi.

These are all words I am confusing with each other and can't tell the difference (if any) between these words.
Are they interchangeable in a sentence?

Can you help me with the nuances of each word, perhaps a sentence or two of each to show the difference? The short definitions are so close I can't figure out which one to choose.

Mia telfon-numero estas 0123 45 679 - nombro estas kvanto.

Mi tranĉis mian fingron - ŝi tondis miajn harojn (netigis per tranĉoj, ktp).

'Ĉar' kungluas du partojn de frazo, ekz. -mi enlitiĝis frue, ĉar mi estis laca.
Pro estas prepozicio (regas o-vorton) - pro miskompreno mi alvenis tro malfrue.

Kelkaj signifas pluraj sed ne multaj - Iom da akvo restis en la botelo (malgranda kvanto).

Tio estas malfacila tasko, tamen mi faros ĝin.
Kvankam mi estas helpema, mi ne donos ilustrajn frazojn por ĉiuj viaj vorto-paroj.

Super estas prepozicio, supre estas adverbo. Super la monto vidiĝis nigra nubo. Supre flugis birdoj.

Bondezirojn por la nova jaro. Vole aŭ ne-vole, vi faros tion.

Gustumu ĉi tiun supon, ĝi estas bongusta.

La filmo daŭris 3 horojn, mi ne povis resti ĝis la fino.

Supreniri ŝtuparon. Per grandoj paŝoj la giganto rapide atingis la urbon.

Li trafis min en mia kvartolo kaj sekvis min hejmen. Poste, li frapis sur mian pordon kaj batis min kiam mi malfermis ĝin. (He came across me in my neighborhood and followed me home. Then he knocked on my door and hit me when I opened it.)

La kunveno tro longe daŭris, kiam ŝi daŭrigis sian enuigan paroladon. (The meeting went on too long when she continued her boring speech.)

I’ll help you with the ones easy to explain for me in English...
Talisman:
ĉar - pro
ĉar = because
pro = because of, due to
Talisman:
tamen - kvankam
tamen = however, nevertheless
kvankam = although
Talisman:super - supre
super = above something else (a preposition)
supre = at a high point, above in an absolute sence (an adverb)
Talisman:voli - deziri
voli = to want
deziri = to wish
Talisman:precipa - ĉefa
There’s not really any difference IMO.
Talisman:resti - daŭri cetera
resti = to stay
daŭri = to take (some time)
Talisman:sekvi serĉi
sekvi = to follow
serĉi = to search
Talisman:apud proksima
apud = next to (a preposition)
proksima = close (an adjective)

tranĉi – tondi:
I guess you can think about the tools tranĉilo (knife) and tondilo (scissors) and derive the verbs from them. The meaning may not be obvious all the time, but you will have a good starting point.
