I would definitely not say that "ĉino" is more Eurocentric than "ĥino".  The Chinese word (with Esperanto spelling conventions) is "cong-gŭo" for "China" and "cong-gŭo-ren" for "Chinese person", so it's not remotely close to ĉino or ĥino in any case.  Btw these European root words are derived from the word "Ĉing", one of the last Chinese dynasties.
