gianich73:How would you say: hearts of palms, bok choy and edame in Esperanto?My 'new' Wells dictionary list bok choy as 'ĉina brasiko'. Wikipedia suggests 'palmokoro' for heart of palms. Presuming you meant 'Edamame', I'd suggest 'junaj sojfaboj' for ease of comprehension.
