As always with translations it is necessary to see through the phrase to be translated to the underlying meaning.
I imagine that a college application might be more than just completing a form. It could be attending an interview, making a phone call, supplying references etc, as well as form-filling.
I'm hesitant about aliĝilo which seems to me to be more an enrolment form, whereas a college application is a request to be considered for admission to the college. Aliĝo seems to imply a certain success.
So perhaps Mi finfaris miajn kolegiajn akcepto-petojn or Mi finis ĉiujn miajn kandidatiĝojn por iri al kolegio.
Or if it is a just a matter of filling the forms then Mi faris/plenigis ĉiujn el la kolegiaj formularoj (por akceptiĝi kiel studento).
