How would you translate "Roller Derby" into esperanto? Rulsxuo-ludo? Rulsxu-luktado? Rolerderbio?
Thanks in advance!

I assume that a roller derby is some sort of competition/exhibition on roller skates.
Rulŝua turniro ?

Duko:Cool, do you watch roller derby? I started watching since a local team was created, it's good fun. Contact sport, but very friendly.I have fond childhood memories of the Texas Outlaws, Detroit Devils, L.A. T-Birds, and all the other teams that skated back then. The event was more theater than sport in those days with choreographed violence and on-camera posturing and threats. I'm not too familiar with the modern version. Bonaj memoraĵoj de Sandra Day O'Clobber, Princess Lay-ya Flat kaj Anna Mosity!

Sometimes you can get too complicated in trying to describe something as precisely as possible; I don't think it's necessary to put the root "team" into the word, no more than we should say "teampiedpilko" for football. If you tried to be more precise, "teampiedbatpilko", it just gets unnecessarily long and confusing.
