Hello! I am new to Lernu.net ...
Could somebody please translate this into Esperanto, for me?
"Strength Through Sleep - He Who Sleeps, Triumphs"
I have it in Latin: "Vires Per Somnum - Qui Dormit Vincit"
I would like to compare it in Esperanto.
I don't speak a word of E yet! (my first day).
many thanks, AndyD.

Talking Pie:I would probably say "Forteco per dormo - Li, kiu dormas, triumfas".You could also take out the gender reference and say "Tiu kiu dormas, triumfas"
Or - the better translation for the Latin "vincit" might be "venkas"

Here's one that I figured on my own just from vocabulary picked up from Bildoj kaj Demandoj and Ana Pana:
Mi alvenis, mi vidis, mi konkeris.
I came, I saw, I conquered. (OK, I had to look up conquered)
Ravenamore
