Alors que la Chine envoie un haut dirigeant en Ukraine et en Russie pour promouvoir la paix, son action n’est pas motivée par une volonté sincère d’apaiser les tourments du peuple ukrainien. Sous le vernis se cache une véritable danse des marionnettes, où se déploie une stratégie politique et diplomatique pour exploiter habilement la situation.
