No need to invent more complicated ways.

Ĉu mi eraras?
"Mi tujas legi libron" = mia legado estas tuj = I am about to read a book.
"Mi ĵusas kanti rokanrolon" = mia kantado estas ĵus = I have just sung rock and roll.
Tamen,
Mi tuj legas libron = Mi apenaŭ eklegas libron
Mi ĵus kantas rokanrolon = Mi preskaŭ finkantas rokanrolon.
