Just wondering, what's the Esperanto word for "Leviathan"? Leviathano?

Also, how would you say "Pondering the Leviathan"?

Would "pripensi la leviathano" be correct?

"Levjatano" laŭ la ReVo.

(fakte en Esperanto mi neniam vidis "th" kiel
duopokonsonanto...)

Tial, via frazo iĝas "Pripensado Levjatanon".
Tamen mi ne scias klare ĉu via "pondering" estas nomo aŭ participo, ĉar Angle ĉi tiuj kvazaŭ samas...

You could also say "primeditas la levjatanon" or "cerbumas pri levjatano".

I think that in this case I would translate "pripensi la levjatanon" as "to ponder the leviathan". How about "pripensadas la levjatanon"? I get the impression that the "pondering" is an ongoing action, therefore shouldn't you use the -ad- suffix?

According to the CEED, mediti (int), primediti (tr), and cerbumi (int) all work for "ponder". It also gives levjatano for "leviathan" (capitalized, of course, if it is used as a proper noun).

If you are talking about pondering the leviathan as in "The other day I was pondering the leviathan, and...", then you would say "mi primeditas la levjatanon".

"Mi meditas pri la levjatano" would work as well.

If, instead, you are talking about the act itself of pondering the leviathan, as in "Pondering the Leviathan is an important task", then, as a noun (gerund), it would be "(la) primeditado de la levjatano".

I think "(la) primedito de la levjatano" is also correct, although I think it has a somewhat different meaning (and one a little odd sounding): the ponder of the leviathan.

"kontempli" and "konsideri" and "pripensi" are other possible verbs for what you want.

What does 'pondering the leviathan' mean anyway? This expression has so far escaped my notice.
