Ĉu vi povas helpi min por traduki la tri anglajn vortojn :
1. foster, en la esprimo :

2. may, en la frazo :
The League of Nations, recognizing that linguistic difficulties form a barrier to direct relations between the peoples, that is urgently necessary to find a remedy which may contribute to good will between nations follows with interest the endeavors made by several members of the League to introduce the teaching in schools of the international language, Esperanto.
3. respecfully, en la frazo :
Thirteenth universal esperanto congress with 2 500 delegates from forty nations respecfully asks the League to recommend gradual introduction of Esperanto teaching in the schools of her members in order to help popular education in ideals of the League.

"may" en tiu frazo estas kiel "eble" (pozitive).
"respectfully" estas kiel "bonmaniere" aŭ "ĝentile", aŭ kiel "respekte" (respect = respekto, -ful = pleni per, -(al)ly = -e)

Kaj la tria simple tradukiĝas "respekte".
