Just to finish this thread out. I did manage to make my Tomtom GPS speak Esperanto. it works well, although the volume level is a little low. Thanks for the discussion.

If you have a Tomtom GPS, you can find my Esperanto voice through yout 'Tomtom Home'. The voice is called 'Dachjo'

I found this after looking for something about Esperanto GPS. This is an interesting idea. It would be interesting if there was a GPS that has a built-in Esperanto voice.

I am curious to hear whether you used the word "liva", or "maldekstra". I can't quite figure it out.

According to the blog entry he only used maldekstren.
