The English forum is for English speaking users or for those who can understand the language but are not able to make comments in it. So if such person writes in esperanto, let one of us translate the message and that would be all. No big deal. But I am against discussions in esperanto - for that purpose there is the esperanto forum where such discussions should take place.

ceigered:I know there are a few bilingual learning forums .. Pretty cool stuff.This reminds me of a sentence in the text of lesson 1 of a BBC German course Kontakte: "Englisch ist in Dusseldorf in!" I'll leave it to German speakers to confirm whether this is still true.

Aŭ oni timas, kvazaŭ ĉiuj la 'interesaj' kaj 'mojosaj' homoj pro iu nekonata kialo svarmas ekskluzive en la anglalingva forumo?!
Kial tiuj 'interesaj' homoj ne provas pli skribi en Esperanto? - precipe kiam multaj el ili ja kapablas, kaj la aliaj ja bezonus la praktikadon!!

(Is English "cool" in Vienna? That is, is the language itself considered to be "cool" - not whether the word "in" is used in this way).

(I don't know whether I'm an 'interesting' person or not... but I'd prefer to be one of those who can write in Esperanto, and not one of those who needs some more practice
