If you want a translation which more closely imitates the structure of the English sentence you could say 'Mi estas tre kontenta esti trovinta firmaon por kiu tre plaĉas labori'.

There is a lack of precision in the English original as to whether you are actually employed by the company or work for them in some other way. It is also possible that the company itself is not that great, but it is great to work for them.
