How can you say it in Espo?
My experience with other languages and international beatboxing 'things' is that I could probably get away with beatboksi (pronounced /bitbóksi/). I've half a mind to go with bitboksi itself.
Anything to get the message across.
I doubt a consultation with the writings of Dr. Esperanto would yield useful results, bar those regarding acceptance of words of sufficiently wide international usage and understoodhood.
Well, whatever crap I may write is irrelevant. How would you say it?

Personally, I think I'd use bitboksi.
I'm just gonna talk to some people with the tujmesaĝilo and see if they'd understand buŝdrumi/bitboksi

3rdblade:Here is a pretty good resource for these kind of words, incidentally. It has beatbox as 'buŝdrumado'.Buŝdrumi seems clear enough. We also go with Buŝritmi.
