Mi estas komencanta en esperanto. So I'll ask in English okulumo.gif

What does this sentence mean? In particular the word "ĉielarka". I can't quite make sense of it.

If you take me along, I will fulfill one wish of yours with my rainbow tail.

Ĉielarko = rainbow.
But ending in -a, it means it's used as an adjective (describing the noun vosto = tail)
