I gotta say, this is NOT giving me the impression that esperanto is easy to learn.

I think for the time being, when I have to write it on my shopping list, I'll just write bleacho. Ends with "o", so it's a noun. It's all good.

I sympathise. I'm quite sure that if you told people 'mi aldonis bleachon al miaj vestoj' when talking about laundry, they would understand. Even if Wells and McLinen have blankigilo!
