No, you need to understand what the Beatles want to be.
For example, "Let it be well!" is "Estu bonE!", but "Be well!" is "Estu bonA!"
Simple "Estu!" is "Be!", i.e. "vi estu!"/"let you be!".
Use "ĝi estu!" if you know, what is "ĝi", e.g.
"Jen estas skarabo! Ĝi estu!" - "There is a beatle! Let it be!" - 'ĝi' means a beatle.
