I have several times seen "communist" translated into Esperanto as "komunisto". I'm wondering if this is really correct, as -isto implies somebody who does "komun'" as a job or hobby. Isn't the right word for this "komunismano"?
Komunisto is in Wells as well as PIV 2005, but in my opinion komunismulo should also be suitable. Komunismano seems all right to me, though I don't recall seeing it in print outside PMEG.
