Personally I disapprove of "truthiness" to define a truth that a person claims to know intuitively.

However, for an intuition in general (which might be correct or mistaken) we could use intuicio. For something that really is true (a "truth") which is perceived intuitively, we could have ver(aĵ)o sciata intuicie, "a truth known intuitively". Darkweasel's intuicia vero or (more strongly) memevidenta vero in my view is suitable for truth in general, that is known by immediate intuition.

Being longer is an advantage in this case. At least it can be immediately understood, which can't be said for the made-up word 'truthiness'.

In my opinion, truthiness is the "truth" that someone wishes were true, but the person is careful not to check any of the facts, so they are never able to prove or disprove that this thing is true (even though they go around loudly proclaiming that this is true, as if they really knew this to be so)

I like verumo. It's as vague as truthiness. Its sense would have to be created by custom.

Of course, and I didn’t assert anything else, but if truthiness is a thing (-aĵ), it’s obviously not a quality (-ec).

Both definitions are found in Merriam-Webster online. This one sounds like something a person wants to believe, despite having reservations, perhaps like the faithfulness of someone. Subjectively that might be kredendaĵo.

A more expanded form might be Io, kion (or kies verecon) oni volas kredi, malgraŭ dubo.

Perhaps the same sentiment is expressed more plainly in the Crystal Gayle song that goes 'Tell me no secrets, tell me some lies..'

What a ghastly word - truthiness.

Verŝajno is something that appears to be the case - so not appropriate here, if I understand what 'truthiness' is intended to convey.

'Verŝajne li ne estas Esperantisto' is something you would say if there is something that suggests that, but you allow for the possibility of it not being true.

Because Esperanto favours clarity of expression and has a tendency to literalness, attemps to capture the meaning of 'truthiness' may leave out the jokiness of the word.

Still 'verumo' or 'malfalso' or 'tuj-vero' perhaps capture the capricious or whimsical aspect of the word.

'Kredindo' or 'krendendo' or some variation thereon might be useful in rendering the meaning literally.
