Entire sentence: It's still too early to tell how this will affect everything, but it's defintely something to watch.

In Esperanto: Estas ankoraŭ tro frue por scii kiel ĉi tiu influos ĉion, sed estas definitive io atenti.

Does my Esperanto sentence sound ok? Is it clunky? Is there a way to better express the English sentence in Esperanto?

something to watch = io por atenti

atentinda is good, but definitiva has the idea of the final form of something. So certe, io atentinda would be better for something to watch.

There is also an Esperanto verb gvati which means to keep your eye on something, but this has the idea of kaŝe aŭ deĵore observi.
