It should be
Ĉu vi aŭskultis la paroladon?
and so on.

Leke:Would it be wrong to say al in this instance? Like...Think of auxskulti as "to listen to" as well as "listen", so no "al" is needed.

However, a preposition would be required if the accusative is not used.

BoriQa:When using it as a transitive verb "to listen to _____", you need the accusative.
