How would one translate the term "uppity"?
"Aroganta" doesn't quite cut the mustard. "Uppity" more than just plain arrogance, I think. Merriam-Webster defines is quite nicely as "acting as if you are more important than you really are, and do not have to do what you are told to do", or worse yet, don't have to follow the rules like all the rest of us peons do

Maybe something like "suprekastema" or "suprenkasta"? I'd never really considered it before, but by that definition, it seems like the idea of acting above one's station is an important part of the word. I pulled kasto "caste" from the Reta Vortaro, because I wasn't sure how else to express one's place in society without being ambiguous.
Something with ekster- might work instead of supr-, too.
