In German, there is the expresssion; Ich kenne meine Pappenheimer. Or the epression JWD [Berliner dialect: Janz Weit draussen for Hochdeutsch, Ganz weit draussen/weg]. When people who do not speaker Berliner dialect use this it is obvious a reference to the Berliner Schnauze.
Just like Americans you might at times use 'y'all' when refering to someone from one of the Southern states.
Nobody can expect any language whether planned or not to be able to translate all of these nuances.
