You could alternatively use bona or faro.

It depends on how you interpret "nice". Some suggestions:

Ĉu tio estis bonkora/ĝentila?

Ĉu vi kondutis/agis ĝentile?

Nice is a pretty vague word. (Originally it meant foolish!) I would argue that nice in this context probably either means kind (thus, kompleza or afabla) or well-mannered (ĝentila).

As Miland suggests, there's no pressing need to mirror thing to do.
