Good afternoon,

Does "mi ne devas legi tiun libron" mean "I musn't read this book" or "I haven't to read this book"?

If it means "I musn't read this book", so wich Esperento sentence can translate the English one "I haven't to read this book"?

You have already decided that “ŝli” it's needed. So, do as you want. That seems to work in your “Esperanto”. If you would learn Spanish or Russian would you do the same? Just to make you think, I already know the answer.

I have never decided "ŝli" was needed, I just wrote I prefered it being what was used

Mi neniam decidis ke "ŝli" necesas. Mi nur skribis ke mi preferas ke tiu pronomo estas la uzatan

Je n'ai jamais décidé que “ŝli” était nécessaire. Je ne faisais qu'écrire que je préférais que ce fût ce pronom qui fût employé
