It has to be one of the most boring books I've ever read. Seriously, it is a slog that never lets up (and, obviously, doesn't lead anywhere good). Other than some interesting miscalculations - Hitler really believed England would join with Germany against the rest of Europe - it's mostly just a large collection of empty hours the unfortunate reader will never get back.

For that matter, why do you think it's important to have an Esperanto translation of said work?I'm currently reading the Riverworld series by Philip Farmer. While they are peppered with Esperanto, I'd love to see them in Esperanto translation.

Wilhelm:Another book that deserves to be translated into Esperanto is Jared Diamond's "Guns, Germs & Steel".On this, we can agree.
"Collapse" is also good.
