Any ideas for how one could say these things in Esperanto?

Head'r, as in "Let's hurry up and head'r out," where the out is optional.

Giv'r, as in "Get up and giv'r," meaning to put in an effort.

B'y, as in "Buddy."

Takitish, as in "take it easy."

Mickey, as in a small size of liquor, smaller than a two-six, but not a sample size.
