I looked for disclaimer (no matches) in Lernu's vortaro, and so fell back to 'disclaim'. Which Lernu suggests malkonfesi (to recant/disavow/disclaim) and Wells suggests fornei (to deny).
malkonfeso seems right to me, but I wasn't sure if the real sense of "disclaimer" was there or not.

So averto pri nespondeco seems good - you could also use malakcepti (reject).
For a renunciation of a claim then 'malpretendi' might work.
NPIV lists 'renonci' (bizarrely as ntr) - sciigi ne-partoprenon en aranĝo.
In 'to disclaim all knowledge of..' (deny), 'negi' is a possibility. Negi la ekziston de Dio.

Iaino:I think of the suggestions so far, I like malgarantio the best--a disclaimer is "I don't guarantee anything." an anti-guarantee.I'm not sure I like the use of 'mal-' in this sense. A guarantee is an active promise to meet certain conditions regarding quality etc. So the direct opposite of this could be seen as a active promise to fail to meet these conditions!
Does "malgarantio" confuse anyone else, I wonder?!
