Does anyone here know the Esperanto equivalent of the idiom "One man’s misfortune is another man’s gain."?

Closest I can find are "Kio al unu donas forton, al alia donas morton", "Por unu -- festeno, por alia -- ĉagreno," and "Akiro kaj perdo rajdas duope."

A fairly literal translation also works. A pithy version could be "Perdo cxi tie - gajno alie." Or "Tiu perdas, alia gajnas"
