Maybe cetermondo is what you're looking for. Li mensogis al siaj subtenantoj kaj al cetermondo sounds more elegant IMHO

Elegance aside, IMHO

mondocetero = cetero de la mondo

and

cetermondo = mondo de la cetero

are not necessarily the same thing ...

Good point... in that case I'd go with cetera mondo.
