Kiel mi devas kompreni la vorton "sciiĝi". Mi komprenas ties signifon, tamen, mi nekomprenas kiel "sci-iĝ-i" povas signifi kion ĝi signifas.

Mi scias ke angle signifas "to learn of".

"Mi sciiĝis pri la afero." --> "I learned about la afero"

Tamen sci-iĝ-i:

scii = to know
iĝ = to become

Kiel mi devas kompreni "sciiĝi"?

Kiel 'ekscii'. Samkiel 'sidiĝi' kiu fakte signifas 'eksidi'.

Ja iom strangas, precipe ĉe transitiva verbo...

En la hispana estas "informarse / enterarse", kaj en e-on vi povas diri "informiĝi" anstataŭ "sciiĝi".

PMEG diras ion pri 'sciiĝi'. Mi fakte ne tre kontentas pri tiu 'fariĝi scia', sed mi simple ne scias elpensi alian pli bonan analizon, eble iu alia povus...
