So if these words are gender bias what's so bad about changing them?

Ploppsy32 (Погледати профил) 02. јануар 2020. 16.39.05

Or if you think these words are not gendered-bais then why do you believe that?

Not all of the Esperanto words are male or female. There are also a lot of gender-neutral ones.

Ploppsy32:Why is there no suffix for men? Is it possible to create a suffix for men and shift all nouns to gender-neutral? I do not feel like it is fair to assume that all kuracistoj, enĝeninoj, or kantistoj are definitively male.
The words "kuracisto", "kantisto", "instruisto" etc are gender-neutral.

The English "hero" is gender-neutral, while "heroine" is female.
The Esperanto "heroo" also is gender-neutral, while "heroino" is female.

Yes, I know those words are gender-neutral. I was referring to the words that are not gender-neutral, like most kin words, patro/patrino kuzo/kuzino etc...

What about changing words in English, which seems to be a perfect language, in French, in Italian etc???
You said you know Esperanto doesn't aim to be perfect, but this is wrong.
STOP THINKING THAT ESPERANTO SHOULD BE PERFECT.
The reforms may kill the language. Sergejm is right.
Do you see so many grammatical reforms in Italian, in German, in Dutch??
