How to say "translate into English"?

I want to say "translate to English." Which one is the correct usage?
Traduku al la Angla
Traduku la anglan
traduku al la anglan
traduku en la angla

Zamenhof:[...]kaj li tradukis la nomon de la skarabo en la lingvon latinan[...]
Hence: Traduku en la anglan (sc.: lingvon).

Further on this subject: if you look at the frontispiece of a book translated from English to Esperanto you might see something like 'elangligis W Auld', which is an economical way of saying 'translated from the English by W Auld', or 'English translation by W Auld'.

I'm trying to make a literal translation to understand it better:

W Auld caused it to be "from-English".
