Possibly "serpentada turo" or "serpentumada turo". Serpentada gets the meaning across most clearly to me, but a more experienced user probably has a better suggestion.
Quite possibly wrong, but I thought I'd throw my two cents out there while waiting for anyone else's.

Pino:How do you say winding tower in Esperanto?I think is better to be a little precise chosing the traductions. Speak about "serpentoj" it isn't very useful. Mi elektus "elfosadan turon".
Thanks
If I'm not wrong, in english, french, german, spanish, etc... the name for that construction is diferent but the use is the same. So is better take the name from the use instead.

I think spiral towers.
But winding tower is an item of mining (according to LEO-dictionary).

mnlg:That's the sort of thing I had in mind (except that I was thinking of one with a 'winding staircase' on the inside).Miland:Spirala turo or spiralturo?what is this, then?

But if 'winding tower' is intended to be the sort used in mining operations, perhaps minturo would be appropriate here.
