hi, this is about english and about esperanto.

"i will eat the cake when you make it", ok, that is the meaning, but...

"i will eat the cake you have made when". is this a correct sentence in english?

"mi manĝos la kukon kiam vi faros ĝin aŭ kiam farita de vi", mi ne scias ĉu esperanto permesas pli anglecan esprimmanieron

The second sentence is not a correct sentence. The first is correct.

About the Esperanto part:
Mi manĝos la kukon kiam vi faros ĝin. -> tute ĝusta
Mi manĝos la kukon kiam ĝi estos farita de vi. -> tute ĝusta
Mi manĝos la kukon kiam farita de vi. -> eble, eble, komprenebla elipso de la dua propozicio.

I am not an English native speaker and hence I won't hazard a guess about the English part.

"i will eat the cake you have made when". is this a correct sentence in english?

This is not correct by itself. The "when" indicates there should be another clause (sentence) after it.
"I will eat the cake you have made when I get a chance.", for example.

The first is correct. I will eat the cake when you make it is how everyone I've ever known would say it. I will eat the cake when it is made, is correct, but not a natural way of saying that, for most people. I can only imagine that being said in sarcasm. I will make the cake you have made when it is finished would be correct, but you can't end it at, 'when'. I don't know anyone who speaks in such a way...not from any region, that I've heard. The first is both correct and natural (and polite).

^^'When I get the chance' is a good way as well, I agree.

Mi manĝos la kukon kiam vi faros ĝin. -> tute ĝusta
...but more indigestible (when you will be doing it, like a child tasting the dough). That is the way I understand it.

Is it possible, to the interrogative form?

Baker: You will eat the cake I make when... [inaudible, e.g. ...you can afford it]
Boy: I will eat the cake you make when?

Correction for the second sentence: I will eat the cake when you have made it.

Altebrilas:Is it possible, to the interrogative form?

Baker: You will eat the cake I make when... [inaudible, e.g. ...you can afford it]
Boy: I will eat the cake you make when?
You could also say: When will I eat the cake you make? When it's said how you said it, like you said, it suggests that the time when the cake is eaten was said inaudibly. Otherwise, that sentence is not grammatically correct.
