Grammar

The detailed lernu! grammar is a summarized version of the Plena Manlibro de Esperanta Gramatiko (PMEG) (Complete Handbook of Esperanto grammar). Both of these grammars were written by Bertilo Wennergren, a member of the Academy of Esperanto and a former lernu! team member. Unlike the PMEG, the detailed lernu! grammar uses traditional grammatical expressions (like "accusative", "noun", "predicate"). We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the grammatical terminology used in the text, before enjoying the clear explanations found in this grammar.
